Dr. Mengge Li is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Marketing, Management and Supply Chain at UTEP. He received his Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from University of Houston, and a M.S. degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from University of Florida, and he earned his B.S. degree from South China Agricultural University in China. His main research interests are strategic leadership, corporate governance, competitive strategies, and innovation management. He has published his works in journals such as Journal of Management, Group and Organization Management, Journal of Management and Organization, and Journal of Management and Governance. He has presented his research at major international conferences organized by the Academy of Management, the Strategic Management Society, and the Southern Management Association. He has been awarded research and teaching awards by the College of Business Administration.
