His work has been published in The Journal of Politics, PS: Political Science & Politics, Justice System Journal, and the Journal of Information Technology & Politics, among others. His book with Michael K. Romano, Creating the Law: State Supreme Court Opinions and the Effect of Audiences, was published in September 2019 with Routledge.
