Sadok El Ghoul is Professor of Economics and Finance at the Woody L. Hunt College of Business, University of Texas at El Paso, where he holds the Regent’s Distinguished Research Professorship and the Marcus Jonathan Hunt Distinguished Chair in International Business. He earned his MBA and PhD from Laval University. Before joining UTEP, he taught business administration at the University of Alberta and international financial management at Laval University. His research spans corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, international finance, financial institutions, and culture in financial markets.
