Luz M. Garcia-Rochin obtained her bachelor’s degree in English Creative Writing and a master’s degree in Spanish Literature with a minor in Translation in 2005 at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Through her position as director assistant and coordinator of the ESOL program, she has acquired extensive skills in teaching English as a second language.
