Dr. Yoon joined the University of Texas at El Paso in 2021. Her research focuses on the intersection of corporate governance, financial reporting transparency, and formal and informal institutions. She serves as an Associate editor of Research in International Business and Finance and is a member of the American Finance Association and the Financial Management Association.
