I got M.Sc. from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. I did Ph.D. from Kurukshetra University, India in 1982 in Organometallic Chemistry.I was a CSIR Research Associate from 1982-1986 in the Panjab University. In 1986, I was appointed as a lecturer in M.D. University, Rohtak, India. In 1988, I immigrated to USA and joined Dr. Pannell's research group and is working as a lecturer /Scientist in Chemistry Department. I have 55 research publications including review articles.
