Dr. Fields has a master's degree in Counselor Education and holds Texas Standard Certificates as a All Level Counselor, All Level Principal and Superintendent. She received a Doctorate of Educational Leadership in 2012 and has extensive experience as a K-12 campus and district school leader. She has the experience, knowledge and skills to teach educational leadership courses for the M.Ed. K-12 program with principal certification, M.Ed. K-12 Counselor program, and superintendent certification.
