Bio

Dr. Larratt-Smith earned a PhD from the University of Toronto in Political Science, an MA from The City College of New York (CUNY) in International Relations, and a BA from Brooklyn College (CUNY) in Puerto Rican & Latino Studies. His scholarly contributions have been featured in the Journal of International Relations and Development, International Migration, and Latin American Politics and Society. Beyond academia, Dr. Larratt-Smith reveals a passion for football (soccer) and admits to dedicating a significant amount of time to following his favorite club.
