Dr. Cole Joslyn is a UTEP alum and an engineering education researcher whose work focuses on humanizing engineering education, particularly, increasing Latinx students’ sense of belonging in engineering, promoting student growth in multiple dimensions, and reconciling the social and technical nature of engineering.
