Born and raised in Wayne, PA, I received a BA in English from Villanova University. After serving in the Peace Corps in Cape Verde, West Africa, teaching English as a Foreign Language, I returned to the Philadelphia area and attended Temple University?s Tyler School of Art, where I received my MFA in Graphic and Interactive Design. In the Summer of 2004 I taught a Summer design workshop for Tyler School of Art Temple University?s Tokyo, Japan campus. Since moving to El Paso in 2004, I have been the recipient of many Gold and Silver ADDY awards from the Advertising Federation of El Paso and received honorable mention in the 9th, 10th and 11th International Biennials of the Poster held in Mexico City. In addition to designing, I enjoy traveling?. Favorite trips include Tibet, Nepal, Spain and Italy.
